Handbook (small pedagogical education materials for internal use) for secondary school teachers “How to address issues from community interest to secondary school students”
The Handbook is a pedagogical instruction educational material for internal use of primary school teachers.
It consists of Four Chapters :
- First Chapter is a general overview of administrative organization, duties and responsibilities of local governments and City Councils as well as services from public interest (text is accommodated in accordance with students age – for students of 14th to 17th years old in secondary schools).
- Second Chapter is guidelines for secondary school teachers how to implement topic of Urban Environmental Issues, necessary EE measures and use of RES in their school subjects. Guidelines ensure an overview of activities for active community members in addressing of environmental issues in front of local, regional and national authorities.
- Third Chapter is guidelines for primary school teachers how to implement practical team-based student’s researches that are addressing human rights and anti-discrimination issues (with special focus on minorities and emigrants) . This chapter also consists a small guideline for recognizing of differences between “right to speech” versus “hate speech” on social networks.
- Fourth chapter is short guidelines for secondary school teachers how to implement OER (web 2.0 tools) in their secondary school subjects, teachers networking by using of eTwinning networking and opportunities of eTwinning projects for transnational cooperation with colleagues from other EU countries.
As Annexes to the Handbook it is included Guidelines for organization and realization of several 45 minute school classes prepared by trained teachers in the frame of short term joint staff training events.
This Handbook is expected to be from high importance to the secondary school teachers in addressing of issues from interest of local community and will allow them to develop own more attractive education approach for students by using of ICT education tools and practical students teams researches. The main aim is to increase overall acknowledgment of the secondary school teachers and to guide any interested teacher how to organize lecturing with student-based method “learning by doing”. It is a well-known fact that students who are doing something = Learn , students who are observing something = Forget
The Handbook is made in electronic version in English language and translated in the three languages Bulgarian, Macedonian and Slovenian language. It is available for free download from project web site by any interested teachers in every secondary school (as well as for other stakeholders).

Document for establishing of long-term strategic transnational partnership among different socio-economic partners in increasing of quality of education process in municipalities of Pazardzik, Kochani and Velenje
The Document is a basis for establishing of transnational cooperation among large scope of socio-economic types of organizations like local public bodies (municipalities, public utilities, public educational institutes), local, regional and national NGOs, and educational institutions in the field of education for the regions on municipalities of Pazardzhik, Bulgaria, Kochani, North Macedonia and Velenje, Slovenia.
The main aim is to establish long-term strategic transnational partnership which in the future will implement developed Action plan of activities from the Document that will lead to realization of many small, medium or large-scale projects, mainly focused to generate substantial positive benefits for education institutions, teachers and students in municipalities.
